Victims do not take the responsibility for the events or circumstances in their life. They feel sorry for themselves, they complain, eat, sleep, become depressed, they do everything but take action to improve the situation. Try suggesting to a victim what he or she should do to feel better or solve a problem and you will get a list of reasons why none of those things will not work. They spend their time complaining about what’s wrong rather than doing something to change it.
They are experts at blaming others for their problems. From a victim’s point of view, it’s always someone else’s fault that things are the way they are. Victims blame their parents, ex-spouses, children, friends, heath , the economy or whatever for the fact that they are not happy and fulfilled in their lives today.
