Most people who have ever been divorced or gone through a major breakup tend to become somewhat (commitment phobic).
Avoiding commitment because you have been hurt emotionally is as unnecessary as if you decided you are never going to eat out again because you got food poisoning in one bad restaurant ! Just choose your restaurant more carefully.
When you make more intelligent choices, relationships become a source of joy, not heartache.
